Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile her yeni \u00fcye ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131 heyecan ve benimsenen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara fikren koyacaklar\u0131 katk\u0131 ile ATAMDER ama\u00e7 ve hedeflerinde taze kan olacakt\u0131r. Burada \u00f6neren \u00fcyenin sorumlulu\u011fu sadece \u00fcye \u00f6nermek olmay\u0131p \u00fcyenin ATAMDER hedef ve ama\u00e7lar\u0131na uygun bir ki\u015filik yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, bilgi ve birikimini \u00f6l\u00e7mek ve daha sonra \u00f6nerisini yapmakt\u0131r. B\u00f6yle bir \u00f6n eleme, sonradan olu\u015fabilecek olumsuzluklar\u0131n bir\u00e7o\u011funun \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ecek, ATAMDER ailesinin hedef ve ama\u00e7lar\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flayabilecek ki\u015filerle g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir temel yap\u0131n\u0131n devam\u0131 sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u011fer ki\u015finin, bu \u00f6n e\u011fitim s\u00fcrecinde \u201cATAMDER\u201d ama\u00e7 ve hedeflerine ilgisi artm\u0131\u015f, aidiyet duygusu peki\u015fmi\u015f ise bu s\u00fcre\u00e7ten sonra y\u00f6netimin uygun g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc toplant\u0131lar\u0131na uzun bir s\u00fcre ve m\u00fcmk\u00fcn ise firesiz bi\u00e7imde \u201cmisafir olarak kat\u0131lmaya\u201d te\u015fvik edilmelidir (<em>y\u00f6netim toplant\u0131s\u0131 te\u015fkilat yap\u0131lanmas\u0131 do\u011frultusunda il ve b\u00f6lge ba\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131nca yap\u0131lan ya da genel ba\u015fkan\u0131n uygun g\u00f6rece\u011fi toplant\u0131lard\u0131r<\/em>). Yeni \u00fcyenin bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplant\u0131lar ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar neticesinde ATAMDER\u2019in genel felsefesine ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma tarz\u0131na uyum sa\u011flay\u0131p sa\u011flamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 takip edilir ve \u00f6neren \u00fcye taraf\u0131ndan \u00fcye ile son bir \u00f6n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme yap\u0131l\u0131r. \u00dcyenin fikri sorulur. \u00dcye ATAMDER ailesine kat\u0131lma iste\u011fini yineler ise \u00f6neren \u00fcye, aday \u00fcyenin toplant\u0131lara kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131nda bulunan di\u011fer \u00fcyeler ile ATAMDER\u2019in genel felsefesine ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma tarz\u0131na uyum sa\u011flay\u0131p sa\u011flamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve \u00fcye hakk\u0131ndaki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri konusunda isti\u015fare eder. Neticede \u00f6neren \u00fcye, aday \u00fcyenin ATAMDER ama\u00e7 ve hedeflerine, te\u015fkilatlanmas\u0131na olan ilgi ve alakas\u0131n\u0131 takip etme sorumlulu\u011fu alt\u0131ndad\u0131r. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 sonunda aday\u0131n ilgi ve iste\u011fi hala devam ediyor ve y\u00f6netim \u00fcyeleri de uygun g\u00f6r\u00fcyor ise aday \u00fcye yine \u00f6neren \u00fcyenin te\u015fviki ile d\u00fczenlenecek olan \u201cYeni \u00dcyeler Bilgilendirme\u201d seminerlerine kat\u0131larak \u00fcye kabul sertifikas\u0131n\u0131 alacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Art\u0131k \u00fcye iyice bilin\u00e7lenmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bundan sonraki a\u015fama da sertifikay\u0131 alan ve \u00fcye olmaya hak kazan ki\u015filer \u201ct\u00f6renle \u00fcye olarak kabul edilir\u201d. T\u00f6renle kabul edilen \u00fcye yine en az 6 ay boyunca \u00f6neren \u00fcyenin vesayeti alt\u0131ndad\u0131r. \u00dcye kabul t\u00f6reninde; \u00f6neren \u00fcye and i\u00e7erek yeni \u00fcye i\u00e7in ATAMDER ama\u00e7 ve hedeflerini \u00f6\u011fretmeye s\u00f6z vermektedir. \u00d6neren \u00fcye 6 ay sonra, ilgili \u00fcye hakk\u0131nda genel ba\u015fkana g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve kanaatleri ile birlikte (varsa il ba\u015fkan\u0131 ile birlikte, yoksa b\u00f6lge ba\u015fkan\u0131 ile, o da yoksa do\u011frudan) y\u00f6netim kurulunca belirtilen standartta rapor sunacakt\u0131r. Genel ba\u015fkan \u00fcye hakk\u0131ndaki nihai kanaatini bir rapor d\u00e2hilinde y\u00f6netim kuruluna sunacakt\u0131r. Y\u00f6netim kurulunun olumlu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ile \u00fcye ATAMDER te\u015fkilatlar\u0131nda asil \u00fcye olarak g\u00f6rev alabilecek ve yeni \u00fcye \u00f6nerebilecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcye ATAMDER ailesine \u00f6nerilmesi ile aradan ge\u00e7en en az 6 ay s\u00fcre sonras\u0131nda asil \u00fcye olarak ATAMDER ailesine kat\u0131l\u0131r. Y\u00f6netim kurulunca belirlenen g\u00fcn ve saatte \u00fcye kabul ve ho\u015f geldin t\u00f6reni yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00dcYE \u00d6NERME VE \u00d6NEREN \u00dcYE SORUMLULUKLARI<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcyelik, \u00fcye bir ki\u015finin \u00f6nerisi \u00fczerine y\u00f6netim kurulu taraf\u0131ndan kabul edilir. \u00d6neren ki\u015fi \u00fcyenin \u00fcye olarak kabul\u00fcne kadar ge\u00e7ecek s\u00fcre\u00e7te (en az 6 ay) aday\u0131n di\u011fer \u00fcyelerle tan\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131, \u201cATAMDER\u201d ama\u00e7 ve hedeflerinin \u00f6\u011fretilmesini, aday\u0131n \u00f6\u011frendiklerini birlikte g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irerek do\u011frulu\u011fundan aday\u0131n emin olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. Yani \u00f6neren \u00fcye bir nevi \u00f6n e\u011fitim vermi\u015f olacakt\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece, ki\u015filer \u201cse\u00e7ilmi\u015flik&#8221; duygular\u0131n\u0131 da tatmin edeceklerdir. 6 ayl\u0131k s\u00fcre sonunda aday\u0131n \u00fcye olmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde bir engel olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131rsa aday yeni \u00fcye bilgilendirme e\u011fitimine kat\u0131larak sertifika al\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu sertifika \u00fcyelik i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir anahtar olup aday bu sertifika ile \u00fcye kabul t\u00f6renine hak kazan\u0131r. Aday kabul t\u00f6reninde sertifikan\u0131n verilmesi ve ant i\u00e7mesi ile birlikte ATAMDER ailesinin bir ferdi olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ba\u015flar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adaya \u00fcye olmas\u0131 ile birlikte 6 ayl\u0131k bir s\u00fcreden \u00f6nce aktif g\u00f6revler verilmez ancak \u00fcye olarak ge\u00e7en 6 ayl\u0131k s\u00fcre sonunda \u00f6neren \u00fcye, yeni \u00fcye hakk\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve kanaatlerini i\u00e7eren bir raporu (il te\u015fkilat\u0131 kurulmu\u015f ise o il ba\u015fkan\u0131 ile birlikte) genel ba\u015fkana sunar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Genel ba\u015fkan kendi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve kanaatleri ile birlikte raporu y\u00f6netim kuruluna aktar\u0131r. An\u0131lan rapor y\u00f6netim kurulunun belirledi\u011fi tasla\u011fa uygun olarak; 6 ay \u00fcye olma s\u00fcreci, 6 ay da \u00fcye olarak g\u00f6rev yapmas\u0131 ile ATAMDER ailesinde kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7 ile ATAMDER ailesine kat\u0131lmadan \u00f6nce yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, hizmetler, ya\u015fam k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, ya\u015fam ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131, kabiliyet,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>yapabilirlik ve aidiyet durumuna ili\u015fkin verilerin vs. bulundu\u011fu \u00fcyeyi tam tan\u0131mlayacak veriler i\u00e7erir. Burada Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00fcyenin art\u0131k ATAMDER ailesinin tam ve asil bir \u00fcyesi olup olmayaca\u011f\u0131na karar verir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcye, ATAMDER ailesinde tam ve asil olarak kabul\u00fc ile te\u015fkilat i\u00e7erisinde aktif g\u00f6revler alabilir ve \u00fcye \u00f6nerebilir. Yani ATAMDER \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda bir \u00fcyenin \u00fcye \u00f6nermesi asil ve kati \u00fcyeli\u011fi almas\u0131 ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olur. \u00dcyenin kabiliyet, yapabilirlik ve aidiyet durumuna ili\u015fkin verilerin de bulundu\u011fu rapor genel ba\u015fkanca planlanan g\u00f6revlerde \u00fcyenin pozisyonuna uygun g\u00f6revlerin tevdiinde de yol g\u00f6sterici olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u0131saca, kabul edilmi\u015f \u00fcyenin nihai durumu \u00fcye olarak ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi 6 ayl\u0131k s\u00fcre sonunda \u00f6neren \u00fcye raporu (varsa il ba\u015fkan\u0131), genel ba\u015fkan raporu ve y\u00f6netim kurulu karar\u0131 ile neticelendirilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131 te\u015fkilatlar\u0131nda ise yukar\u0131da belirtilen t\u00fcm hususlardan ve te\u015fkilatlanmalardan yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00fclke temsilcisi, genel ba\u015fkana ve y\u00f6netim kuruluna kar\u015f\u0131 sorumlu olarak g\u00f6revleri yerine getirir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><u>\u00d6neren \u00dcYE ;<\/u><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>ATAMDER\u2019in kurulu\u015f, ama\u00e7 ve felsefesini iyi \u00f6z\u00fcmlemi\u015f olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li><li>ATAMDER \u2019in d\u00fczenledi\u011fi toplant\u0131 organizasyon ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda devam\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcksek tutmu\u015f olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li><li>ATAMDER\u2019in projelerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ile fiilen yer alm\u0131\u015f olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li><li>ATAMDER y\u00f6neticileri ve \u00fcyeleri ile ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131 kuvvetli olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li><li>ATAMDER ad\u0131na kendisine y\u00fcklenen sorumluluklar\u0131 gere\u011fince yerine getirmi\u015f olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><u>\u00dcYE KABUL T\u00d6REN\u0130<\/u><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcye kabul t\u00f6reninde g\u00f6rev alacak t\u00f6ren y\u00f6netmeni; genel ba\u015fkan\u0131n \u00f6nerisi ve y\u00f6netim kurulunun karar\u0131 ile belirlenir. T\u00f6ren y\u00f6netmeni gerekti\u011finde belirli bir s\u00fcre i\u00e7in atanabilece\u011fi gibi d\u00fczenlenecek t\u00f6ren \u00f6ncesi belirlenen bir takvimde sadece o t\u00f6ren i\u00e7inde g\u00f6revlendirilebilir. Y\u00f6netim kurulu birden fazla t\u00f6ren y\u00f6netmeni atayabilir, hangi t\u00f6renin hangi t\u00f6ren y\u00f6netmenince d\u00fczenlenece\u011fi genel ba\u015fkan\u0131n verece\u011fi g\u00f6rev ile tevdii olur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcye kabul t\u00f6reni bir ATAMDER \u00fcyesinin ya\u015fam\u0131nda bir kez ya\u015fayabilece\u011fi ve onun ATAMDER ailesine giri\u015fini ifade eden sembolik bir t\u00f6rendir. Bu t\u00f6ren, yeni \u00fcye i\u00e7in anlaml\u0131 ve g\u00fczel bir ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 ortam\u0131 yarat\u0131labilirse \u00fcyeli\u011fin korunmas\u0131 program\u0131n\u0131n da en etkili arac\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenebilir. T\u00f6ren, \u00f6ncelikle yeni al\u0131nacak \u00fcyeler i\u00e7in ATAMDER ailesinin t\u00fcm \u00f6\u011felerinin ve ciddiyetinin ya\u015fat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir ortam\u0131 sa\u011flamal\u0131d\u0131r. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n da t\u00f6renden haz duymalar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131, t\u00f6renin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fct\u00fcd\u00fcr. Yeni \u00fcyelere ATAMDER ailesinin de\u011ferli birer \u00fcyeleri olduklar\u0131 hissinin ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131 esast\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ATAMDER ailesinin her bir \u00fcyesinin ama\u00e7 ve hedefler do\u011frultusunda, yeni \u00fcyeler kazand\u0131rmas\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Ancak bu durum ayn\u0131 derecede \u00dcyelik Komitesi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 i\u00e7in de ge\u00e7erlidir. Bu nedenle t\u00f6ren s\u0131ras\u0131nda Kul\u00fcp Ba\u015fkan\u0131 ve \u00dcyelik Komitesi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 mutlaka onore edilmelidirler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00f6ren s\u0131ras\u0131nda onore edilmesi gereken bir ba\u015fka grup ise \u00d6neren ATAMDER \u00fcyesidir. Onlara da g\u00f6revleri mutlaka hat\u0131rlat\u0131lmal\u0131 ve te\u015fekk\u00fcr edilmelidir. \u00dcye Kabul T\u00f6reninin y\u00f6relere g\u00f6re mutlaka izlenmesi gereken bir ak\u0131\u015f kural\u0131 vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><u>T\u00f6ren s\u0131ras\u0131nda dikkat edilmesi gereken hususlar a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da verilmi\u015ftir:<\/u><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>T\u00f6rene kat\u0131lan davetliler ile mutlaka ileti\u015fim kurulmal\u0131 ve onlar\u0131n mevcudiyetinden duyulan mutluluk belirtilmeli ve hissettirilmelidir.<\/li><li>\u00d6ncelikle yeni \u00fcyeler s\u0131ra ile ve k\u0131sa \u00f6zge\u00e7mi\u015fleri okunarak t\u00f6ren alan\u0131na davet edilmeli ve kar\u015f\u0131lanmal\u0131d\u0131rlar.
